OutThere’s #KeepYourMindTravelling efforts have showcased some truly inspirational campaigns developed over the COVID months, bringing uplifting stories and feel-good factor about the world directly to those who have had to stay home. This category applauds the brands that have come up with ingenious and original campaigns that have kept experiential travel alive, brought smiles to faces and won over hearts and minds.
Most OutThere champion
There have been some selfless individuals and heroes who have shown amazing leadership and driven fantastic initiatives in these unprecedented times – both internal and external – to ensure that their brands not just weather the COVID storm, but also do good for their teams and the communities they operate in. This award recognises the brand champions that have demonstrated groundbreaking stewardship over the months to recovery.
Most OutThere initiative in community, conservation and sustainability
Social responsibility is a core pillar for many of today’s luxury travel brands. And it has been heartwarming to see so many brands continue to champion and garner support for their projects in community, conservation and sustainability, despite having to pause their operations and not receive funding from guest revenue. This category commends the projects that have continued to do good, despite the downturn in travel.
*The winning project will be the recipient of proceeds collected from entry donations.

In addition, we are thrilled to showcase six additional and original categories – unrelated to COVID – that celebrate the luxury travel brands, that like us, are rooted in diversity, discovery and discernment at any time. Linked to the six OutThere’s traveller profiles, we are looking for hotels, resorts, cruises, experiences, journeys and itineraries that are not just stellar, but also transformative.
